iTajwid courseware is proposed as Tajweed additional tool to ensure the learning and teaching process can be effectively done. The courseware was developed by following the framework of adapted ADDIE Model as it added an additional phase which are the preliminary study and documentation to ensure the objectives can be achieved. Besides, iTajwid implements the Cognitive theory that provides dual coding, limited capacity and active learning assumptions. Based on the observation, there is no additional tools used currently besides the printed textbooks and the students itself tends to lose their focus in the middle of lesson hence the development of this project provide a solution to the current problem faced by the teachers at the school as well as improve its current business process in terms of delivering materials. Based on the result, the Satisfaction Analysis resulting the highest mean with 4.28 (SD:0.84). All the mean is 3 and above with standard deviation less than 1 shows it is a functional courseware that needs little improvement for future. iTajwid would be a good exposure to the students as it aimed at developing a courseware that is useful to either a school or a college. Hence, by developing this project ensures the learning process can be more interesting and fun to the target users since there are the combinations of five multimedia elements used. It also promotes the expected user to be able to study alone at the same time, enhance the student self-learning ability.
