Cybron Online Ordering System is ordering system where it is intended for the customer able to purchase the product online. The system are provide items that are specially for technology products. COOS is develop and created in order to increase the efficiency of the current business process. Beside that, by implementing the system, it would bring good fortunes to the company especially they will gain competitive advantage than their competitor that sell through brick and mortar. On the other side which is customer, they also able to purchase the product without the hassle to make a phone call or email. Thus, it reduces time consuming for them to purchase the product. Moreover, they able to purchase the items comfortably in their home and without the need to waiting for the reply of the staff. The development process that involved in this project is from System Development Life Cycle which is Adapted Waterfall Model. Therewithal, the system has been tested and evaluated by using unit testing and functionality testing. Hence, this testing of the system are done In order to measure the functionality or usability of the system as well as the initial result shows positive respond towards the system.
