Student Information Management System (SIMS) is system for the education that can be used to managed student information and data. This system is designed for PASTI An – Nur to help staff and teachers in the management of students. SIMS consist of three target user which parent’s, staff and teachers. Parents can use this system to application for PASTI An – Nur admissions for their son and after approve by staff parents can login into the system to make monthly fees payment, view activity, edit profile and view receipt of fees payment. For the staff, can approve application student according to the conditions and manage student profile. staff also manage fees payment, manage activities and create teacher account. For the last user is teacher. Teacher can also view student’s information, record the student attendance, view activity and assigned personal charger for activity. This system can make easier staff and teaches to retrieve and manage the data in PASTI An – Nur and the parents can get information of PASTI An – Nur faster and easily. Thus, by using this system can benefits to staff, teacher and parents.
