E-commerce and Delivery Management System for Pilah Store Melang
Abstract
E-Commerce and Delivery Management System or known as EPSM is an e-commerce where customer can make an online purchase with added unique features where the customer can choose the option for delivery or pickup. If the customer choose delivery, the order will be delivered to the customer house within the time and date that has been choose by the customer. Same goes to pick up, the order will be packed by staff until the customer go pick up the order at the store. The prototype system is derived from the development process conducted by adapting the Waterfall Model of SDCL. The methodology comprises of six sequential steps, which are planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation. A test case has been set up according to the scenarios to make sure the functionality of the system is approved. A set of questionnaires that consist of ten question based on system usability scale (SUS) has been distributed to the user after has finish test the system to measure the level of usability of EPSM. The comment and feedback from the tester will be taken into consideration for future enhancement of the system. Based on the system usability scale, EPSM get scored 81.88 which is the standard of SUS. The scored can considered the system is good as the lowest to score the goal is more than 68. From the score, it can conclude that the tester was satisfied with the system. Hopefully, Pilah Store Melang will enhance this system to cater the online purchase by customer.
