COUNTER SERVICE SATISFACTION RECOGNITION USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK

Abstract

In this technology era, everything has been done using the technology including to collect the satisfaction of the customers toward the counter service. Before this, the satisfaction has been recorded manually by fill in the feedback’s form provided by staff at the counter. However, the human facial expression is difficult to recognize if only detect it using normal camera or web cam. It is because we do not know the right time they express their real reaction towards the service. In this study, the latest technology known as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm was proposed in training the human’s expression to detect the satisfaction of the customer towards the service by recognizing the types of human facial expression. The performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm was carried out from the result of facial expression images. The performance of classification result of the proposed algorithm effectively classified which expression does the customer react.
