Bangsal Chetak Order Processing System (BCOPS) is a prototype system that caters sales order system. Allowing the customers to order products and make payment for the purchase. This system also applies the Human Computer Interaction principles as the theory for developing the system. This prototype system is derived from the development process conducted by adapting the Waterfall Model of the SDLC. This method has six sequential steps, which are planning, analysis, design, development, testing, evaluation and documentation phase. The functionality of the system has been tested by the targeted users and system experts. Their feedback and recommendations are taken into account for future references. The user testing conducted by demonstrating to targeted user using Google meet and the feedback forms are distributed personally to them. Based on the result, most of the user are satisfied with the design and the flow of the system.
